About Us
Peverel Scotland manages a portfolio of over 200 general residential developments, corresponding to more than 11,000 freehold property units built by some of Scotland's leading developers.
As part of the Peverel Group we also benefit from the resource, experience and ability to manage all aspects of property management.
Our core focus is to exceed the expectations of our customers, using all our experience and resource in managing property. We understand that your investment is a long term, strategic valuable asset, but what’s more – it is your home.
Working in close association with owners we ensure that their developments are not only maintained to the highest standards but are also strategically managed. We regulate and undertake reviews for residents who are looking to improve the management of their development. This service is also offered to many residents who are looking at changing or improving their existing management practices, making us well placed to offer sound strategic advice and guidance
Through close partnerships with developers, our input and experience from the start can provide expertise on many aspects of property management. We often take developments from concept, through design, planning, legal, financial and management set up to ensure that your development is prudently set up from the start, ensuring that it is in the safest of hands.
As part of our commitment to best practice, we not only operate to current legislation and PMAS codes in Scotland, but are driving standards higher by also operating to the wider codes and levels used across the UK. We are constantly training our staff with many internal and external courses such as NVQs and Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), with many staff holding the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) membership.
Peverel Scotland is a member of the Property Managers’ Association of Scotland (PMAS).
