As a resident in one of our managed developments we aim to make every effort to ensure you receive a professional and cost effective service at all times. We believe that communication is vital and make every effort to ensure that you are fully aware of what the management fee is made up of and how it has been calculated. We use only the best contractors and through our Estates Managers provide you with a constant port of call should you have any problems or queries.

With Peverel Scotland as your management company you can expect the following:

Regular visits - One point of contact
We believe that personal contact is crucial at Peverel Scotland which is why every development has its own Estates Manager who undertakes to visit the property every four to six weeks to thoroughly inspect the site. The Estates Manager will provide you with a visiting schedule in advance and will always be available to discuss any personal concerns or specific management issues you may have at that time. At any other time you can contact your Estates Manager by phone or in writing who will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.

Cost control - Financial security
We present budgets and accounts for all properties on a regular basis and monitor actual expenditure against budget throughout the management year. All supporting documentation is available for inspection by you upon request, and our Estate Managers are available for questioning on all financial aspects of the management of the development.

In order to best protect your interests, we place all monies in a dedicated trust fund for the development and all interest accrued is credited to that account.

We arrange and review annually the insurance of the buildings, its common parts, services and facilities, together with fire, accident, material damage and employer's liability insurance.


24 hour call out -Providing peace of mind
At Peverel Scotland, we recognise that emergencies don't always occur between working hours, which is why we provide you with a list of our preferred contractors, along with their emergency call-out numbers. This means that you can be assured of a prompt and reliable service, day or night. As an extension of this service we also provide an out-of- hours Duty Manager service, whereby a member of our Estates Team can be contacted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
