Cost control - Financial security We present budgets and accounts for all properties on a regular basis and monitor actual expenditure against budget throughout the management year. All supporting documentation is available for inspection by you upon request, and our Estate Managers are available for questioning on all financial aspects of the management of the development.
In order to best protect your interests, we place all monies in a dedicated trust fund for the development and all interest accrued is credited to that account.
We arrange and review annually the insurance of the buildings, its common parts, services and facilities, together with fire, accident, material damage and employer's liability insurance.
24 hour call out -Providing peace of mind At Peverel Scotland, we recognise that emergencies don't always occur between working hours, which is why we provide you with a list of our preferred contractors, along with their emergency call-out numbers. This means that you can be assured of a prompt and reliable service, day or night. As an extension of this service we also provide an out-of- hours Duty Manager service, whereby a member of our Estates Team can be contacted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
