We take care of all services for you including the reparation of the property before it gets into a state of disrepair, we will make sure the gardens are kept nice and tidy. We do this by arranging the service charge, this will reflect the property that we are managing and will cover everything that the residents would deem to be worthwhile spending.
We make sure that there is money left over from the total of the service charge charged under the recruitment policy of the Peverel group so that any unforeseen repairs that are needed will always be covered.
We are proud of the fact that we are one of the only property service groups that offer an ombudsman services to the residents of properties that we have recruited. The ombudsman will offer a service for arbitration that is totally unbiased, this service is for residents who do not wish to go through the usual channels should they be making a complaint, though we are sure that this is something that will not happen if we can help it as we offer a first class service that people can rely on.
