The house manager benefits from having an estate manager who will visit the development on a regular basis, they work alongside the manager to ensure that the running and the overall upkeep of the property are running in an efficient manner and that the overall presentation of the development is up to the standards that we expect.
We will take care of the service charges including calculating the amount that will be needed from each resident and we will also collect these charges.
